Flamenco Nights in Banbury

Flamenco Nights is delighted to present ‘Raíces´ by Lourdes Fernández Flamenco Company on Saturday 7th October 2023 at The Mill Arts Centre in Banbury..

Flamenco charms all kinds of audiences, but it is also a very technical and intransigent art, due to its complex rhythmic and visual language.

'Raíces' (which in Spanish means 'Roots') is an heterogeneous interpretation of the art, departing from traditional flamenco in search of an eclectic style of music inspired by Folk, Andalusian Copla, Jazz and other styles.

During the show, the audience will enjoy carefully studied and rehearsed performances, but the attentive spectator will be able to capture original moments of improvisation.

'Raíces' is a unique, passionate, and powerful production that will captivate your senses.
